Lost Spectrum presents: Nomine, DUKU, Gwarnsford + Residents
24 February @ 11:00 pm UTC+0
Lost Spectrum has returned, bringing you part one of the new Lost Spectrum Presents series. This edition will have a focus on a deeper and darker sound, emphasising on the broader spectrum of dubstep. We’ll be testing out our new lighting and projection mapping, so prepare yourself for a musically and visually immersive night.
With roots in the early jungle and drum and bass scene, Nomine (aka Outrage) saw huge releases on Metalheadz and Function Records before settling into 140bpm music alongside the likes of Skream and Youngsta on the Tempa label. Now owner of his own multi-genre label – Nomine Sound, Nomine has found his unique style in fusing aspects from across the electronic spectrum.
Also joining us on the night will be The Mine linchpin – DUKU. A monumental figure in Brighton, DUKU has made waves across the dubstep scene. Showcased on Get Darker and Youngsta’s Rinse FM radio show, this one should not be missed.
Our final addition to the line-up is our own Lost Spectrum resident – Tardigrade. Covering the jazzy side of Dubstep on this one, expect to hear some smooth 140 beats.
