Southpoint Summer Party
17 August @ 11:00 pm BST
On the 17th of August, the south coast’s premiere grime and bass movement return to their nightlife home of Patterns, for a summer slam jamboree. It’s been over a year since the collective put together a fully live event at the popular Brighton venue, and they’ve pulled together an absolute stormer of a lineup, whisking up a perfect blend of the label’s established heavy hitters and enticing newcomers.
Young starlets Bushbaby and Freddie Martin set up to headline with a ferocious back to back pairing, with label co-founder KXVU teaming up with wonder-kid Hamdi on lead support.
It doesn’t stop there, however, with new school garage shooter: Movement following up with some smooth blends and UK Funky pacemaker RVB getting involved with a tonne of exciting rhythms.
On hosting duty, Over The Edge representatives and Southpoint favourites: Razor and Kabz join the party, the pair being widely revered for their enticing back to back energy and electric stage presence. It’s going to be one hell of a summer’s evening.
