TNGHT debut first single in 6 years titled Serpent.
The duo, which is comprised of Hudson Mohawke hailing from Scotland, and Lunice who is from Canada.
They initially joined forces in 2012 with their debut self titled EP which released jointly on the legendary Warp Records along with Hudson Mohawke’s own imprint LuckyMe. They followed this EP with a single and a production credit on Kanye West’s 2013 album Yeezus, before going on a hiatus to focus on their solo projects.
After numerous hints at a comeback on their respective social media pages over the last few years, they finally made a return with the mighty Serpent to coincide with the harvest moon.
As anyone who is a fan of TNGHT would know, they always push the envelope with every song they do, and Serpent is no exception. They continue the experimental sound they are known for with their mix of hypnotic, tribal instrumentation along with their sub rattling trap beats and bass. With a comeback single this strong, anything that will follow from this pair will surely be exciting!
