Rua Sound are pleased to announce the release of good friend Sully’s latest EP on their sister label Foxy Jangle. Sully delivers two sides of positive breakbeats intertwined with funky samples and rolling basslines.
“Soundboy Don’t Push Your Luck” comes in thick and fast, with silky vocals and punchy drums, before dropping into a rolling breakbeat rhythm. Sully constantly chopping and changing his precise drum fills and old school amen style breaks. This one is sure to get you moving and shaking.
“368 Ft And Rising” is an intricate concoction of R&B flavours, funk stabs, ragga vocals and a bumpy street level groove. A perfect track for the B side, leaving us wanting more jungle goodness!
We hope you enjoy this release as much as we have. Big shout out to Sully and Rua Sounds/Foxy Jungle. This 12″ is available to pre-order now and is released on Friday 30th March via their bandcamp page.
