There are equally beautiful vocal contributions by Belgian singer songwriter, Morgane Diet, also known as Taram. An album of pieces that you can share, along with some to enjoy alone. On occasions the listen can be relaxed, which can change with ease in the switch of a bar. Possibly due to the producer’s background as a drummer but his overall production quality is undeniable. Moving to London from his hometown Vienna when his debut album Material was so warmly received. Artists have been keen to work with him on a myriad of projects, including writing popular music. The other three tracks are all likely to add to Hauke’s repertoire with more possibilities of topping another Apple music chart. A great EP to carry with you for a radio set or as an accompaniment to a journey. The Melbourne based producer drops a second single in two months after teaming up with Stevan on Wow, which could mean that we have a new bumper release to look forward to? Blemish spent 2020 reviewing Bass music releases by picking a highlight each week. His video reviews carried much needed uplifting messages which was a precursor to him playing a Bass heavy guest mix during the Heartless Crew’s show on BBC 1Xtra as a feel good set during the first lockdown. In addition, Blemish hosted some well watched interviews with future thinking producers such as DJ Eggs Legs, Kamran and turntablist Kypski. Blemish is excited about joining the UKBM team and endeavours to highlight new Bass releases to watch out for in a new feature, The Bass Drop.
