Fortunately, producers continue to drop future bangers and here are five must have pieces to look out for, soon to drop.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]

Two tracks with fire remixes from accomplished DJs Manny and FLP. There’s No Time shuffles and warms with dulcet synth chords and a skewed vocal. The track has a nostalgic edge which is transfixing when on loop. Check out Channels as well to enjoy massive chops. Listen / Buy[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]

Organic and electronic, it’s easy to picture yourself at a select concert sat in front of the in tune band as they jam, swept up in every rift strummed. Faraji Heritage Experiment gives many the thought of an unnamed group of musicians and vocalists creating wonders, but could it all be the work of one Moroccan producer? Solstice is an apt choice, not only because of the time of year, but because it showcases the flavour of the album. Out on CascadeListen / Buy

It was a greatly received piece which continues to get drawn in many DJ sets. This month sees two more remixes come to the fore in a release out on Munich based Ruffhouse Industries. The Iron remix takes on Incoherent Death Experience and rolls a terrorist bassline on a 2 step break, and Swift reworks Prox System into an upbeat jungle sound. The album is solid, produced with sincerity and fragility which hits on every level, from aural to emotional. This is the third time Slumb has released on Bordeaux based label Banzai, a partnership they are sure to want to continue. Listen / Buy[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Full of weight and intensity from the outset, Shangri La offers powerful Trip Hop sway whilst building a story that flourishes as the sections move on. A serious vibe with a skip in the undertone that sends the listener into a DnB bounce. Throe has continued to push genre bending music across the electronic dance spectrum, both in his production and his DJ sets. The Bristol based producer is releasing on his familiar Redacted label. Blemish spent 2020 reviewing Bass music releases by picking a highlight each week. His video reviews carried much needed uplifting messages which was a precursor to him playing a Bass heavy guest mix during the Heartless Crew’s show on BBC 1Xtra as a feel good set during the first lockdown. In addition, Blemish hosted some well watched interviews with future thinking producers such as DJ Eggs Legs, Kamran and turntablist Kypski. Blemish is excited about joining the UKBM team and endeavours to highlight new Bass releases to watch out for in a new feature, The Bass Drop.
