Hugo Massien is set to make his debut on Dirtybird with his new EP entitled Fast Forward.
The UK-born, Berlin-based artist is known for his high profile releases on the likes of XL Recordings, E-Beamz & Tectonic as well as his work as a synthesizer engineer at British musical equipment manufacturer Novation.
The new project will be the fifth instalment of Dirtybird’s white label series, following highly acclaimed entries from the likes of Ivy Lab & Nikki Nair.
Made up of four tracks, Fast Forward serves as another superb body of work for artist and label alike. Ethereal, immersive & uplifting are words which could easily describe it, with Hugo’s signature synth work and an infectious 2-step influence being prominent throughout.
