Yosh – What On Earth (Breaks ‘N’ Pieces)

The ever-rising London-based UKG & Breaks master provides this week’s premiere with a wicked 2-step jam lifted from his forthcoming ‘A Moment EP’

After what has been an incredible rise over the last couple of years, UKG & Breaks master Yosh is set and ready for his next release.

The London-based artist has exploded on to the scene via a multitude of rough, raw and heavy releases via labels such as Time is Now, Vivid, Dr. Banana, Dansu Discs and Holding Hands as well as showcasing his formidable sound through DJ sets on platforms like Boiler Room & Rinse FM.

His latest and forthcoming EP entitled A Moment, is yet another tantalising slice of Yosh goodness and will be coming out on Breaks ‘N’ Pieces, a label in relentless form. It features five brand new tracks which emphasise this fines producer’s ability to switch between breakbeat & 2-step rhythms with unflappable ease and consummate finesse.

Today we are very excited with the closing track of the EP, What On Earth which the label describes as “a psychedelic trip through M1 Korg-inspired garage that’s as playful as it is devastating, bringing Yosh further into the scope of the garage re-rises’s finest”. We couldn’t agree more!
