Today’s premiere comes courtesy of SDS MAX and his Grime & Breaks fusion banger Together Forever.
Originally from Wales, the South-London based artist is certainly an up and coming producer to keep your eye on. His wicked, breakbeat influenced productions have already been released on labels such as Lobster Theremin, Chequered Wax & Erbium Records.
Together Forever certainly sticks with the Breaks but this time with the added influence of Grime, the track cleverly flips the 2005 Ruff Sqwad classic Together and cleverly layers it over a white knuckled, gun finger inducing Breakbeat bonanza, creating a track both fresh & originally whilst also deeply nostalgic.
The track also comes with GIRLS N DOUGH, both tracks making an EP put together to raise awareness and funds for the Stephen Lawrence Trust, a very worthy cause and one close to our hearts, you can find out more information here.
