SWR joins Cocobolo Sound with new release

SWR has linked up with Bristol based label Cocobolo Sound with a 2 track EP set for release on Friday 24th April. Featuring an old school sounding deep & dark Dubstep number followed by a murky 2-step beat, both tracks on the release are sure to go down a treat in the dance (or right now, on a live stream)!

Formally known as Widowmaker, SWR has been honing his skills in music production for at least a decade now and it’s great to see (and hear) his progression within his productions from the early days. The A side ‘Bill Bak’ is a dark number, taking the listener back to dimly lit FWD days, where the dubstep sound first originated. This track is essential listening for any 140 heads. ‘Step Back In’ is the second track on the release and is undoubtably dark 2-step at its finest. Any UKG heads will find themselves enjoying this one, with SWR giving us all a taste of some fresh garage beats.
