Flowdan x Snowman Baby – Shooting Range (Spentshell)

Grime legend & rising MC link up for hard hitting debut collaboration project from which we exclusively premiere a track

For our latest instalment of our UKBM Premiere series we take a look at Spentshell Music label where things are getting heated in anticipation for their next impending release.

Almost one year on since his collaboration EP with Abstrakt Sonance, label boss & Grime legend Flowdan returns with a vengeance, this time with Snowman Baby, previously known as S-kid, a former member of Grime collective, Aftershock with Bruza, Tinie Tempa & Terror Danjah.

Entitled Black Rain EP, the project features 5 brand new, ice cold riddims, all produced by Flowdan with Abstrakt Sonance’s recognisable percussive elements and energetic synths dispersed throughout. This EP fits within the distinct & forward thinking Spentshell aesthetic, accompanied by the irresistible signature flow & bars of two MC’s at the top of their game.

Today we exclusively premiere the final track from the EP, Shooting Range, a superbly orchestrated & beautifully produced number, layered with ethereal tones haunting vocal loops, complemented by lyrics delivered with inch perfect and icy cold delivery.

Black Rain EP is out 5th November and will be available via Bandcamp and all other stores.
