Frankel & Harper are back with a brand new project on their Council Work label entitled Return EP.
The London-based producer & DJ duo have lit up the underground in recent years with their UKG-inspired productions and superbly curated imprint which has hosted knock out remixes from the likes of INSTINCT, Seb Zito & ZeroFG.
This will be their first on the label since 2020, providing a much welcome and eagerly anticipated return to the scene. However, they have been very much active in the meantime, with some stellar releases on labels such as Timeisnow, Breaks ‘N’ Pieces and Fraise Records.
Return EP picks up exactly where the boys left off and may well be their best entry on Council Work to date, combining breakbeats, 2-step rhythms, reverberating basslines and a deep, formidable atmosphere which permeates throughout, fully equipped with a hugely impressive, dub-influenced remix from Al Wootton.
