For this instalment of our UKBM Premiere, we travel across the pond and to the The West Coast where producer Morillo has been cooking up his latest album.
Alongside his wicked productions, the L.A-based artist is also known for his drumming, two sides of his musical repertoire which have usually remained separate. However during lockdown, Morillo has mastered the ability to properly record and incorporate acoustic drums into his productions.
The result is Shades Of Green, his brand new album on Texas-based label Gravitas Recordings.
The album is superbly crafted and thoughtfully compiled, dipping into a multitude of various styles and moods and features collaborations with PRZM, Evan Hatfield, Talia Bentson & Danii G.
