Subtle Mind releases Ambitions EP [Subaltern Records]

California based Austin and Paul effortlessly create beautifully melodic tracks and celebrate the release of Ambitions EP out on Subaltern Records

California based Austin and Paul make up the duo, Subtle Mind, who effortlessly create beautifully melodic tracks reminiscent of the Anti Social Entertainment sound.

Take ‘Jelly Roll’ for instance.

If you like what you heard there, chances are that you’ll enjoy their latest release, Ambitions EP which is a 3 track vinyl (with a bonus digital track upon purchase) and is available for pre-order now and full release on 13th April 2018.

The 3 tracker (4 including the bonus) is vibey throughout, these guys clearly know how to set a scene with their melodies.

The stand out track for me is ‘Standard Strain’ a collaboration with Saule. You can hear Lara and I play this track on our guest show on Subtle FM here.

A –  Subtle Mind – Ambitions feat. Ill Chill
AA – Subtle Mind – Gelato
AA2 – Subtle Mind & Saule – Standard Strain

Digital Bonus: Sun Valley feat. Sean Fong
