Etch – Tyrant (Sneaker Social Club)

The Brighton-based breaks scientist serves up our next UKBM Premiere with the eerie and atmospheric ‘Tyrant’ from his new Sneaker Social Club release

For this instalment of our UKBM Premiere series we take a little trip to the south coast where one of the most exciting producers in the game right now is set to release his next EP.

Enter Etch, the breaks wizard, production extraordinaire and of course, provider of the absolutely wicked UKBMix 071.

The new project sees the Brighton-based artist link up once again with much loved Berlin-based Sneaker Social Club, a combination which has worked beautifully on many occasions, exemplified over many great releases including Etch’s debut album Ups & Downs in 2018.

Entitled Anachronism EP, the forthcoming EP is a perfect exhibit of this producer’s undeniable talent and artistry, as he masterfully and scientifically slices intricate breaks using them as the foundations for four icy cold tracks.

Today we are very excited to share with you the first track from the EP, Tyrant. A truly eyes down number, with it’s hauntingly eerie atmospherics providing a perfect accompaniment to the typically mind blowing percussion that it’s partnered with.

Anachronism EP is out 9th April. Pre-order/buy here.

Tracks

1. Tyrant
2. Loose In The Asylum
3. Shadows Passed By
4. Etch x Luo – Amygdala
