Rinse have been at the forefront of underground UK electronic music for the past twenty years and have just announced an exciting new project that celebrates the most influential contemporary music cultures in the UK with a series of special events and much more.
Titled ILOVE, it pays tribute to the foundations and growth of pioneering music from the UK. The series kicks off with ILOVE: FUNKY and a special event at Ministry Of Sound on Saturday 9th October with performances from Katy B, Donae’O, Marcus Nasty, Crazy Cousinz & Versatile, Rinse founder Geeneus and a whole lot more that takes in the cream of the crop of Funky.

With other events coming up that focus on grime, dubstep and UKG, there is a whole lot more to celebrate and the Funky event is only the beginning with a whole host of activity coming up.
Rinse Founder, Geeneus said: “ After 20 odd years of nurturing and developing underground music genres, it feels like a good time to reflect on them and celebrate all the U.K. underground has achieved. The ILOVE series is a very special and personal project to me, as I have spent my life watching the sound of the underground evolve and I will continue to keep on delivering amazing music that I love.”
Stay tuned for more upcoming information on the ILOVE series and what is coming up in the months ahead.
